Welcoming Nathan Trueblood to Enkrypt AI

At Enkrypt AI, we’ve always believed that technology can only move as fast as the people behind it. That’s why I’m incredibly excited to share that Nathan Trueblood is officially joining us as Head of Product.

For the past two years, Nathan has been much more than an advisor to us. He’s been a trusted partner. Prashanth and I first met Nathan during our time at UC Berkeley’s SkyDeck accelerator. Back then, Enkrypt AI was still in its earliest stages, but even in those first conversations, we discovered a shared passion for building technology that doesn’t just push the boundaries of what’s possible. It also protects the people and organizations using it.

Nathan has helped guide our product thinking from the very beginning. He’s challenged us, supported us, and helped the team sharpen our focus on where we can create the most impact. His insight into generative AI, enterprise software, and cloud platforms has been invaluable. More importantly, he’s helped us stay grounded in what matters most. We are building secure, trusted systems that help enterprises accelerate innovation while safeguarding security, compliance, and the broader interests of humanity.

Today, Enkrypt AI is at a moment of real momentum. Our technology is gaining traction, our team is growing, and the challenges we’re solving are more urgent than ever. Bringing Nathan on board full time is a reflection of that momentum. It’s about leaning into this next phase of growth with purpose and bringing in leadership that can help scale our product to meet the rising demand for AI security at the enterprise level.

Nathan has spent over 30 years leading product teams, pioneering SaaS and cloud before they were household terms, and helping organizations grow responsibly through periods of massive technological change. He’s led product at Yahoo and Box, co-founded a cloud startup, and built high-performing teams that deliver innovation while building trust. Now, he’s bringing that same experience to Enkrypt AI.

As Head of Product, Nathan will work closely with me, Prashanth, and the entire team to guide the evolution of our platform. His leadership will help ensure we stay ahead of the curve, delivering solutions that not only protect enterprises from AI-related risks but also empower them to innovate with confidence.

When he’s not thinking about the future of software, Nathan is a beekeeper, studying nature’s original distributed system. It’s a perfect reflection of how he leads: collaboratively, thoughtfully, and always with an eye on the bigger system at play.

Nathan, welcome to the team. We’re just getting started, and I’m excited for what’s next.
